As we say goodbye to 2023, we wanted to share a final story of the year. Today we met up with Rebecca. She was kicked out of her house in October by an ex-boyfriend who cheated on her.

She is primarily living in her truck with her pug service dog “pig”. She is applying for Social Security disability due to damage in both her knees & back, but still has no employment or income.

She was stressed to the point of tears. She was cold, due to the fact her ex-boyfriend kept her from getting her clothes etc. out of the home.

Thanks to your kind donations, we were able to donate to her today a new winter sleeping bag and hand warmers for night time sleeping in her truck, plus shared some financial gifts with her to ensure she could get some additional clothes & warming items down the street at the local Goodwill.
