Today Ben had found himself staying in his truck, after having been injured in a car accident & running out of money to stay in a hotel. Ben, being stubborn & prideful, was hesitant to ask for help. So, instead, his friend Leanne reached out to us.

We met up tonight with both of them and donated to Ben a winter sleeping bag and hand warmers. This is the 2nd story we have heard in 1 week of people being forced to live in their cars this winter. We sure hope this narrative improves.
