We’ve been fortunate to know her for a long time, sending her cold weather survival gear over the years, and in turn she has provided us great real-world feedback and ideas on helping others in need.
After staying at shelters, in cars, and on friends couches for a while, we wanted to help her get off on the right foot.
Susan has never asked us for anything, and since she has little money left over after using her funds for the apartment, this fundraiser is to help her acquire a few key items she’ll need now that she has a place to call home for a while.
