Today on a cold & windy day, we joined the great group at the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH) for outreach in downtown Cleveland.

On our trip today we met:
– Shannon, a guy who with his girlfriend were living in a tent at a park. We also drove them to the CMHA to get a voucher for 1 year of housing.
– Roren, a girl who was staying in a tent near the stadium downtown, and shared with her a sleeping bag and some food items and hot chocolate.
– Chris, who was standing right next to a heating grate with his tent to try & stay warm, wearing little to no warm clothes. The team provided him with a sleeping bag & numerous clothing items.

Thanks to your generosity, today we were able to donate:
– 15 quick setup dome tents
– 10 sleeping bags
– 15 pairs of heavy duty winter gloves
