We were excited to wrap up 2021 today thanks to your support with a trip downtown to share items w/ those in need.

On our trip today we met:

Nathanial – a blind man who NEOCH is in the process of helping get interim housing after he was turned away from a nursing home when his insurance ran out
Steve – a person who built himself a home inside the back of a trailer
Jay & his wife – Who just a day ago were illegally kicked out of their home by their landlord and now are in the woods & were in need of some warming supplies
Ken – a mute, living in the woods, who is a very kind soul and was also in need of a few food supplies

In total, thanks to the generosity of many like you we were able to donate:
– 8 sleeping bags
– 6 tents
– 39 winter coats
– 30 pairs of socks
– 6 pairs of gloves
– 10 hats
– 1 pair of boots
– 120 hand warmers

We’d also like to send out a special thanks to Jim from NEOCH for all he did today to help others!
