What an awesome night of outreach tonight was with a fun and great group of people from The Sub Zero Mission and Great Lakes Church Homeless Outreach Team’s Melissa Marie! Melissa helped lead the group in locating the homeless in various tent city and other locations in Lorain County tonight. Thanks Melissa!

One of the highlights of the evening was also a run-in with a homeless gentleman named Rich, who we met on outreach a month or two earlier, having donated an extreme cold military sleeping bag to him. When Rich mentioned that after he gets in it at night he “doesn’t want to get out of it till morning as it keeps him warm all night”, well, that just made our night too.
