Every winter we look forward to going on outreach to share your kind donations with multiple individuals in need & homeless outreach teams in Lorain County, Cuyahoga County, and downtown Cleveland.

Not only do the warming items benefit the homeless who receive them, but working with an outreach team helps those teams build a rapport & trust with these individuals, allowing them to offer additional, much needed services to those in need.
